Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days via your local carrier. A flat shipping fee applies to all orders, unless you qualify for free shipping.

Note: At this time, we do not ship to Africa or South America.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery times for international shipping vary depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches its destination country. Starpads is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at info.starpads@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to make it right.
